The software can safely detect deviations in position of the packaging material, by analyzing the portion of the visible code area. The image shows 3 cartons that are ok. One carton shows a tablet with a not tolerated deviation in packaging position (red code-outline). The packaging material has shifted a few millimeters to the left, the carton in question is rejected. Tolerance limits for acceptable deviations can be adjusted in the software.
